Your group’s approved share is shown in its fundraiser dashboard. It is calculated from the credited product subtotal on paid orders; shipping and sales tax are not included.

No. There is no inventory for your group to purchase upfront, no cash box to manage, and no paper order forms to reconcile. Supporters choose their products and pay online when they order.

Start by texting or emailing your fundraiser link to people who already care about your group. Share it on social media, use the ready-made social graphics and QR codes in your dashboard, and ask team members to share their personal links. Going door to door can work too. Show the QR code or send the link so every order is still placed and paid for online.

Yes. Add team members in your dashboard and each person gets a personal link. Orders placed through that link are automatically credited to them, while the main group link remains available for general sharing.

Yes. The team section of your dashboard includes downloadable social graphics in multiple sizes with each seller’s personal QR code built in. They are ready for text messages, Instagram, Facebook, email, flyers, or a phone screen at the door.

Supporters open a group or seller link, choose their candles, select a delivery option, and pay securely online. The order is recorded automatically, so your group never needs to collect cash, copy orders into a spreadsheet, or chase down payment.

Supporters can choose direct shipping when it is available or fundraiser delivery through your group. Ashman receives every paid order in our fulfillment system. Direct-ship orders go to the supporter’s address; fundraiser-delivery orders stay grouped for distribution, and your dashboard will show when orders are ready for the leader.

Reply to any fundraiser email or contact fundraisers@ashmancandles.com. Send the supporter’s name and order details if you have them, and our team will help track down the order and next step.

Your leader dashboard shows the group’s earned commission toward its fundraising goal first, then translates that progress into credited product sales and approximate candles still needed. You can also review paid orders, seller-by-seller results, popular products, fulfillment status, and payout history. We’ll email a weekly summary while your fundraiser is active.

Ashman tracks your group’s earned commission and records each payout against the fundraiser balance. Our team coordinates the payment method and timing with the group leader. Every completed payout, the amount already paid, and any remaining balance will appear in your dashboard.

You can manage your group details, products, and team from the dashboard. If the fundraiser is already live and you need a change that could affect existing orders, contact us first so we can help without disrupting supporters.

We’ll send a final summary and stop accepting new fundraiser orders after the end date. You can continue using the dashboard to follow fulfillment and payout activity, and we’ll keep you updated until the remaining work is wrapped up.
