We collect account details from fundraiser leaders, campaign details supplied by groups, and buyer contact, delivery, and order information needed to process purchases.

Payment card information is collected and processed by Stripe. Ashman Candles does not store complete card numbers.

We use this information to operate fundraisers, process and deliver orders, provide order updates, prevent abuse, respond to support requests, and meet legal or accounting obligations.

We share information only with service providers needed to process payments, host the service, send transactional email, and fulfill orders. We retain records for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above and required recordkeeping.

You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable. Some order and payment records must be retained for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or accounting reasons.
