Fundraising Terms

Fundraisers are subject to Ashman Candles approval. Leaders must provide accurate group, campaign, participant, and payout information, and must keep access to their account secure.

The applicable fundraiser share, qualifying sales, payout timing, and any holds are shown in the campaign and organization finance tools. Payouts are subject to review, refund, dispute, fraud, and fulfillment adjustments.

Leaders are responsible for obtaining any permissions needed before submitting participant names, photos, or other personal information. Do not upload a minor’s photo or information without the parent or legal guardian’s consent, and remove it promptly if consent is withdrawn.

Groups may share their fundraiser using the tools provided, but may not misrepresent Ashman Candles, use our brand outside the fundraiser, or make commitments on our behalf without written approval.
