Create your seller page

Open the signup link from your fundraiser leader. A parent can sign up for a child; no account or password is needed.

  1. Enter the seller’s name and an email address. A parent can use their own email for a child.
  2. Add a photo if you’d like supporters to recognize you.
  3. Select Create seller page. You’ll arrive at your getting-started page with your personal link, QR code, a message to copy, and selling tips.

We’ll email the same information with a link back to that page. Bookmark it to return anytime. If the email doesn’t arrive, you can still use the page without signing up again.

If ordering isn’t open yet, wait for your leader to tell you when to share. Lost your link? Your leader can find it in Team.

Send a link

Use your link for text, email, or social media. On your getting-started page, choose Share link, or Copy link and paste it into a message.

Preview your fundraising page to check the seller’s name before sharing. Supporters can browse candles and pay online.

“I’m raising money for [group] with Ashman Candles. Would you take a look at my fundraiser? Order here: [my seller link]. Thank you for supporting me!”

Make it your own and include the selling deadline. The welcome email’s Share link button takes you to these sharing tools.

Share in person

Have supporters scan your QR code with their phone camera to shop. Choose Open QR code on your getting-started page or in your email. Show it on your phone, or save the image to print.

Your link and QR code open the same personal seller page, so orders are credited to you. The general group link doesn’t identify an individual seller.

  1. Introduce your group and goal. Children should sell with a parent or trusted adult.
  2. Let supporters order on their own device. They choose candles and delivery, then pay online. No cash or paper orders needed.
  3. Leave a way to shop later. Share your link and the deadline, and thank them either way.

Explain delivery options

Supporters see available options and any shipping charge at checkout.

Ship to me
Ashman ships to the supporter’s address. They review the shipping rate before paying. You don’t need to deliver.
Seller delivery
There is no shipping fee. Your leader gets the products to you, and you deliver them to the supporter. Checkout shows “[Seller’s name] can deliver it”; the group page calls this Fundraiser delivery.

Both options count toward your sales. For seller delivery, agree on a practical handoff and wait for your leader’s confirmed date before promising delivery.

Pick up, check, and deliver

Your leader will tell you when and where to collect the orders you’ll deliver.

  1. Check each order. Match scents and quantities to the order details. Ask your leader about anything missing.
  2. Arrange drop-off. Agree on a time and place with each supporter who chose seller delivery.
  3. Confirm delivery. Thank the supporter and update your leader so they can keep track.

Your quick checklist

  • Create or access my seller page.
  • Keep my getting-started page handy.
  • Send my link online or show my QR code in person.
  • Share before the deadline and keep payments online.
  • Follow pickup instructions and confirm deliveries.
